Ashlex Consulting, LLC is excited to announce that it will be exploring joint ventures with Christopher Masto, a highly accomplished technology leader with a proven track record in software engineering and infrastructure management.
This collaboration marks a professional reunion between Michael Hall, Managing Director of Ashlex Consulting, and Christopher Masto, who successfully designed, developed, and implemented a large-scale government contract over 20 years ago. Their prior success together demonstrates a shared ability to execute complex, high-impact projects—making this new venture an exciting prospect for both parties.
Masto brings over a decade of experience at Google (2013–2024), where he led teams responsible for archival storage systems, internal monitoring tools, and data integrity across Google’s global infrastructure. He also co-founded Google’s Agile Coaching Network, shaping best practices across the organization. Prior to that, he was Director of Engineering at MediaMath (2008–2013), where he played a key role in API development, cloud infrastructure upgrades, and the transition from Flash to HTML5.
Ashlex Consulting and Masto have committed to working together on several small projects as an initial step in this collaboration. While the specifics of future ventures remain open-ended, both parties see strong potential in combining Masto’s technical leadership with Ashlex’s strategic and operational expertise.
“We’re eager to see where this partnership takes us,” said Michael Hall, Managing Director of Ashlex Consulting. “Christopher and I have a long history of successfully tackling complex challenges, and I’m confident that this new venture will lead to some exciting opportunities.”
Ashlex Consulting remains committed to innovation and growth, and this exploratory phase with Masto marks another step toward expanding its capabilities in software development, infrastructure optimization, and beyond.
