New York, NY – July 15, 2025 – Ashlex Consulting, LLC is proud to announce a key expansion of its leadership structure to enhance coordination, execution, and internal alignment across the Ashlex family of companies. Effective immediately, two core team members have been appointed to dual Deputy Chief of Staff roles, forming a collaborative leadership unit that will support company-wide strategy and operations.
Annie Aniel Rae has been named Deputy Chief of Staff – Executive Operations, where she will oversee executive workflow, internal communications, and daily coordination across all Ashlex entities. Annie will serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and executive team, ensuring that goals are tracked, priorities stay visible, and leaders stay supported and on-task.
Duong Pham has been appointed Deputy Chief of Staff – Project Coordination, responsible for aligning internal systems, QA processes, and project delivery across the Ashlex ecosystem. With her deep experience in quality assurance and process management, Duong will ensure that technical workstreams are properly structured and cross-functional collaboration remains smooth and consistent.
Together, Annie and Duong will operate as a unified force behind the scenes, covering the full span of Ashlex’s consulting, technology, hosting, and BPO operations. Annie brings clarity and momentum to executive operations, while Duong ensures systems run with precision and projects stay on track. Their teamwork creates a backbone of accountability, structure, and follow-through across multiple time zones and teams.
