May 7, 2025 – New York, NY & Owings Mills, MD — Ashlex, LLC and Eventures, LLC are proud to announce a strategic partnership to roll out Athletic Passports, a digital certification and compliance platform for amateur football programs across the country. The initiative will modernize how leagues verify, track, and manage coaching certifications, ushering in a new era of compliance, security, and convenience for youth sports.
Under this partnership, Ashlex will lead software development, hosting, and technical infrastructure, while Eventures will drive customer acquisition, fulfillment, business operations, and marketing. Together, the companies will co-operate the Athletic Passports platform.
The platform is designed to centralize coach data, automate certification tracking, and simplify administrative workflows. It will include coach onboarding and profile creation with secure logins, certification validation, automated compliance notifications on a 30-15-7 day window, team-linked ID card generation with photo upload and color-coded designations, admin dashboards for real-time reporting and non-compliance tracking, and mobile access for on-the-go verification during events.
