Ashlex Monitoring Alerts

Ashlex, LLC offers a low-volume SMS program for authorized Ashlex staff and contractors who choose to receive time-sensitive operational alerts. Messages may include infrastructure outages, service degradation, security-related system events, recovery notices, and other business-critical monitoring notifications. This program is not used for marketing or promotional messages.

How to opt in

Eligible staff may enroll using the Ashlex Monitoring Alerts SMS Opt-In form. The form collects the staff member’s full name, work email address, mobile telephone number, and explicit consent. Ashlex records each request before enabling alerts. Consent is voluntary and is not a condition of employment, contractor status, purchasing, or receiving any Ashlex service. Ashlex does not automatically enroll members of the public.

Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies based on actual monitoring events. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan.

Opt out and help

Reply STOP at any time to cancel SMS alerts. After opting out, you may receive one confirmation message and will receive no further program messages unless you enroll again.

Privacy

Ashlex uses mobile telephone numbers and SMS consent records only to administer Ashlex Monitoring Alerts and provide requested operational notifications. Mobile opt-in information and consent are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes. Ashlex may disclose this information to telecommunications carriers and service providers only as necessary to deliver and support the program, or when required by law. Program terms

You must control or be authorized to use the mobile number you enroll.
You are responsible for keeping your number current and requesting removal when it is no longer authorized for Ashlex alerts.
Delivery is subject to mobile-network availability and is not guaranteed. Supported carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Ashlex may change, suspend, or end this program when operationally necessary. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
